theEXPERIENCE is a full-time college internship that combines formal academics with practical hands-on training outside of the classroom. Students take accredited Bible classes at one of the Top 20 Christian Colleges in the nation, while gaining world-class leadership training from one of the nation’s fastest growing churches.

Leadership
In order to make a difference, a leader must rise to the task. The combination of academic theory and practical leadership opportunities will equip you with the necessary tools to effectively lead others. Learn to increase your influence in order to initiate change in this world.

Each intern in theEXPERIENCE will choose a degree program and a corresponding track where they will spend a large portion of their time gaining specialized training and experience within a specific field.
