Summer of serve drives
Throughout Summer of Serve we will be hosting drives to serve different organizations in the community!
Daybreak LifeCare Center
Daybreak LifeCare Center provides a variety of free pregnancy related services for women who are experiencing an unplanned pregnancy. We will serve the Daybreak LifeCare Center by collecting baby bottles filled with change, diapers, wipes, and new car seats.

Serve Day OUTREACHEs
(JUNE 21)
Our first Serve Day is on June 21st at 9 am. All teams will meet at the GraceLife Building before heading out to their locations. Join us for any of the following projects:
First Responders
Our local First Responders (Police/Fire) work tirelessly to serve and protect our community. We are looking for people to fill goody bags with homemade baked goods, prepackaged snacks and drinks, and handwritten thank-you notes. This is a great project for families to participate in together!

Ronald McDonald House
We will show Jesus’ love in a tangible way by packing lunches for families who have a loved one receiving medical treatment. This outreach is great for kids!

Royal Pines Block Party
We will be partnering with The Columbia Dream Center to host a Block party at the Royal Pines neighborhood (behind Fresh Market on Two Notch Rd), we will be giving away groceries, serving hotdogs, providing kids activities and much more!

Transitions (Serving Meals)
Transitions Homeless Center provides various services and a place to stay for approximately 260 residents transitioning from the streets to permanent housing. During Summer of Serve, we will assist Transitions by serving a meal to the residents. Appropriate for ages 13 and above.

We will be making cards and putting together gift bags for our amazing teachers!

We will be partnering with The Columbia Dream Center to host a Block party at the Richland Village neighborhood (off Garners Ferry) , we will be giving away groceries, serving hotdogs, providing kids activities and much more!

Downtown Outreach
We will be partnering with The Columbia Dream Center to walk downtown and bring some encouragement to people experiencing homelessness. We will bring snacks and drinks as well as offer prayer to the people we meet.

The Master's Release Jazz Concert
We will be partnering with The Master's Release to put on a Jazz concert for the residents of several assisted living communities . We will simply enjoy time with the residents and help them to be able to attend and enjoy the concert. This will be held at Chicanos from 4:30-7 (set up will be at 3:30)

Rhema School
HandyMan Special at Rhema School!! We will be powerwashing, replacing gutters, installing windows, cleaning up, putting together a sandbox and more!! There will also be inside jobs like putting together educational activities!
